General Information
- Test days run every day on request, other excursions may be
booked on a weekly basis.
- Meeting points: campsite or hotel reception.
- Technical equipment is provided and included in the price.
- Please bring your own swimming costume, large towel
and either trekking shoes or trainers with smooth soles; socks
are not necessary. Also bring a change of clothes and a
disposable camera.
- Minors 12 years or over may participate only with a
parent’s authorisation.
- Material provided: full 5mm neoprene wetsuit including
booties, canyoning harness with double safety slings, screwgate
carabiners and helmet. All safety equipment conforms, where
applicable, to EN, CA and UIAA specifications. Always ask to see
your Mountain Guide’s official certification to verify his/her
credentials.
- Transport to the canyons, which are 40-50 minutes drive
away, is not provided.
- Our prices are generally lower than you will find elsewhere
as they do not include transport.
Difficulty levels
- Easy, accessible to anyone above the age of 12 who can swim
- Medium, a more demanding trip requiring a greater degree of physical fitness.
- Advanced/Expert, for those who have completed at least 3-4 basic excursions and have acquired sufficient
general technical competence; participants must be strong swimmers and have a high level of physical fitness due to the
greater length of the descent..
